| When can i expect my order to arrive? |
| Your order will be sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. In our experience, for UK deliveries, your order should arrive between 2 to 5 working days. |
| How much will postage be? |
| Postage is FREE for orders £30.00 and over on orders dispatched to the UK. All other orders to the UK will cost £1.40 shipping. |
| I don't live in the UK, do you ship internationally? | ||||||

We ship worldwide. Please note that international deliveries can take a little longer to arrive as they need to clear customs. For delivery in Europe, we advise 4 to 8 working days and Rest of World, up to 14 working days.

| I won’t be home when my order is due to arrive, will the order fit through a letter box? |
| Yes, our packaging is designed to fit through the letter box so you won’t have to wait at home. |
| Can my folding glasses be reglazed with prescription lenses? |
| Some of our ranges can be reglazed. Please contact us and we will guide you through the ranges that will fit your needs. |
| Do you sell glasses with different lens strengths for each eye? |
| We’re sorry, this is something we are unable to offer. |
| Do you send goods to work addresses? |
| Yes we can, but cannot be liable for any loss of goods. |
| Do you send to PO Boxes or Pack Stations(EU)? |
| Yes we do, but we will not be liable for any loss of goods. We strongly advise using an alternative delivery address, preferably home or private. |
