For Europe and Rest of The World shipments, you are liable for any taxes and duties imposed by your local taxation authority (e.g. customs duty, excise duty and/or import VAT). It is important that you check these rates before ordering.
Your order will be sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. If your order is placed on a working day before noon, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Any dates specified by us for delivery of goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery is not guaranteed. If no dates are specified, we will endeavour to deliver within a reasonable time.
We do deliver to business addresses, P.O. Boxes and Pack Stations (EU) but will not be liable for loss of goods. We strongly advise that you use an alternative address, preferably home or private.
