eye-spec has a 21-day return policy - which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Exchange
If you want to exchange your glasses for a different lens strength or style, speak to a member of our team, they’ll talk you through your options.
Refund/return
If you simply have changed your mind and no longer want your purchase, please read the following information:
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For all returns:
Please ensure your name, address and order number is enclosed (or written on the back of the return envelope). Once we have received your return a full refund will be made.
The customer must bear all postage costs for returned goods.

check your goods
We quality check every order that leaves our warehouse, but on very rare occasions there can be issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@eye-spec.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will offer you a full refund or replacement pair - whatever is your preference.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We can only accept goods bought via eye-spec.com.

refunds
Once your return has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and appear on your statement.
