eye-spec have good products, but very poor service

The good:
The glasses look very good, the optics are a bit reflective, but still work very well. This company does have lots of different styles to choose from.

The Bad:
The site states next working day dispatch: nearly a week after purchase and still, my order wasn't dispatched, I emailed them, but no response, I opened a PayPal dispute and then my order was dispatched.

So eye-spec have good products, but very poor service.
